Suck-Less: Shoot-Out
OPERATION ORDER:
The Suck-Less Shoot-Out is more than just a shooting league—it’s a test of skill, discipline, and adaptability. This honor-based competition is designed to push you beyond your comfort zone through a series of dynamic challenges. Competitors each bring their unique styles and strategies to the table. Each challenge is crafted to sharpen your skills and can be replicated by anyone who dares to take it on.
How It Works
The league runs monthly, with individual and team scores determining the winners.
At the end of the season, awards are presented during a celebratory cookout, where we discuss improvements, recognize achievements, and hand out prizes.
Scoring System
Scores are based on the average performance of each shooter across two runs completed in one session.
No cherry-picking: Running a challenge 15 times and submitting your best scores will not count.
For time-based challenges, the goal is to achieve the lowest time. For points-based challenges, the goal is to earn the highest score.
Point Allocation for Time-Based Challenges
1st Place: 5 points
2nd Place: 4 points
3rd Place: 3 points
4th Place: 2 points
5th Place: 1 point
The highest possible total is 60 points for the season.
Submissions and Deadlines
Video Proof: All submissions must include a video of your attempt, posted on Instagram and tagged with the league hashtag.
Submission Deadline: Scores must be uploaded to the shared Google Drive folder by the last Monday of the month.
Late Submissions: If you miss a deadline, you must complete the missed challenge immediately followed by the current challenge, back-to-back.
Shoot-Offs and Playoffs
In the event of a tie, a Shoot-Off will be held to determine the winner.
End-of-Season Awards
Grand Tactician (Best Individual): Awarded to the top individual performer.
A celebratory cookout will mark the end of the season, with awards, prizes, and a review of improvements made throughout the league.
